Lease of business premises – our business for many years

It has been two decades of successful work of the “Phiwa” company, whose activity is leasing of business premises in Subotica and also in other cities in Vojvodina. Phiwa, R&W and RUWA operate together on the territory of Serbia. Our cooperation with companies from the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Hungary, Austria, as well as domestic companies, speaks volumes about us.

They all have found a fruitful ground for their investments through the lease of business premises or the construction of halls. 

The beginning of our business dates back to 2002., when we bought “Angropromet”, and five years later we were declared the most successful company in Vojvodina.

We started our development in Subotica in 2003., by investing in 217.000 m2 of land, on which we built our Logistic Centre with all the infrastructure and roads.

 On Sombor Road, three halls were built, two for the business of the “Loher” company, now “Flender ltd” and the Logistics Centre for the Free Costums Zone. Business tenants “IDEA”, “DUNKERMOTOREN” and “CONTINENTAL – CONTITECH” are in the same object. 

Until 2014. our business also included retail stores “Valdi” and “Lurdy”, together with “Angropromet”.

In accordance with time and circumstances, the concept of our company has changed and developed, monitoring the needs of the market – with the aim of its own progress.

We also own 57.000 m2 of land, located near Palić, suitable for industry. It is located on the main highway E – 75.

Lease–the primary activity of Phiwa

Lease of business premisess  in Subotica has been extended to two more municipalities, Zrenjanin and Senta, thereby expanding the scope of our business in Vojvodina. Together with the city of Zrenjanin, we built a logistics – production – trade centre with complete infrastructure and an access road. Having rented 400.000m2 of land in 2003. in 2006. we began the construction of Hall No.1 of 15.000 m2. We leased it to the company “Draexlmaier”. Due to demand, we are building three more halls, where cable and electrical installations for FIAT and BMW passenger vehicles are made.

Since 2003., we have owned the factory “SENTEX”, with 100.000m2 of land and 17.900 m2 of buildings.

In the centre of Subotica in 2007. we opened the hotel and business facility “Galleria” on an area of 30.886 m2. It is a building with 180 parking spaces on two floors. 

Due to the market demand and the need for business premisess, today this building has another purpose, it is used for renting out. On its effective area of 18.330 m2 it is possible to build according to your idea, due to its skeletal static system. Some of businesses that use our premises are: hairdresser’s, travel agency, sales of techical equipment, children’s playroom. However, most of our tenants in the centre of Subotica are the IT sector, such us “Inspira Group”, “Media Press”, then the dental surgery “Nordent”.
